Hi, I’m Fernando - and helping people break free from anxiety is the work I feel truly called to do.
A few years ago, my life completely fell apart. In 2021, I had to leave my job because I was experiencing extreme anxiety and daily panic attacks that made even the simplest tasks feel impossible. I was eventually diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder, and the combination of symptoms, fear, and confusion pushed me into one of the darkest periods of my life. I couldn’t sleep, I could barely function, and I felt like I was losing myself more each day.
But even when things were at their worst, a part of me refused to give up. I tried everything; doctors, specialists, medications, and endless searching for answers - yet nothing helped. It wasn’t until I shifted my relationship with anxiety itself that everything changed. Instead of fighting anxiety, I learned how to understand it, accept it, and work with it. That single mindset shift became the turning point in my entire recovery.
Slowly, my symptoms disappeared. I could sleep again. I stopped waking up in panic. My hands stopped trembling. I could think clearly, reconnect with others, and finally feel calm and in control. My life started to feel like mine again, and that sense of hope lit a fire inside me.
I became determined to help others experience the same transformation, and that's how I got here!
Outside of my work, I’m a family-oriented person. I take care of my mother, who lives with me, and I share my home with my two cats, Mila and Neo - adopting them was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. When I’m not helping students inside my community, you’ll probably find me playing acoustic guitar, taking quiet morning walks, gaming on my PC, or enjoying a home-cooked meal (I’m a big fan of homemade lasagna and fresh strawberry–spinach salads).
Most importantly, I’m not here as someone “special” or superhuman. I’m here as someone who’s been through severe anxiety, felt completely hopeless, and rebuilt his life from the inside out. If I can do it (even after panic attacks, sleepless nights, and feeling like I had no control) then you can too.
I’m here to guide you step by step, help you regain your confidence, and show you that a calm, fulfilling life is absolutely possible… no matter how long you’ve been struggling.
You deserve to feel peaceful again, and I’d be honored to help you get there.
